Part 25: Turbo Manifold Fabrication - My 76 Mazda RX-5 Cosmo Restoration
Episode 25 of my '76 Mazda RX-5 Cosmo restoration is another long one,
covering in its entirety the fabrication of the turbocharger manifold. Suddenly the engine bay
started to look a little cramped when I began to position the GT3076R, so
it took some plumbing to build the required manifold. Constructed out of
1.5" SCH40 304 stainless steel pipe, it was fully TIG welded with an argon
back purge. Yes, this is another long episode because I wanted to show the
manifold fabrication process in glorious detail so that this video would be
a useful resource for anyone wanting to build a custom turbo manifold. So as I say, grab your favourite
adult beverage, sit back, and enjoy. Included in this episode: fabricating
a 13B Exhaust flange, fabbing a merge
collector, positioning a turbo in the
engine bay, measuring, cutting and fitting stainless pipe and els, tacking
in position, setting up a back purge, final welding, port matching, custom

BEST of Start Up sounds!! More than 70 Exhaust Sounds!
To celebrate my 600th video, I have made this compilation: probably all the
start up sounds from supercars I've recorded in the past years. It's the
largest start-up sound compilation on YouTube right now! I have put them
together in one video with more than 70 start up sounds!

2006 Acura RSX Type-S | Stock vs Greddy SP2 | Exhaust video
Here's a video I took of my 06 Type-s the morning of the SP2 install. I
took video footage before I drove to the shop and then after the SP2 was
installed. I tried as much as I possibly could to make the only variable
the Exhaust itself, which is why I did
it on the same day, on the same road, almost the exact camera angles. I
hope this helps anyone out there in there Exhaust decision making.
The mods on the car during the filming:
Fujita F5 Cold Air Intake
Stock Exhaust & then Greddy SP2
RSX Type S Apexi ws2
2006 Acura RSX Type S. At the time of the video car had; Injen SRI, Hondata
reflash, Hondata IM gasket, RBC intake manifold w/spacer. Really happy
with this Exhaust.
2002 RSX GReddy SP2 Exhaust
GReddy SP2 Exhaust + Injen Cold Air
Intake. Video is taken in the morning. The Exhaust has white smoke because of cold start.
Exhaust leak happened cause the bolt
isn't tighten enough or it just brand new and hasn't put much miles into
it. Enjoy! :)
