1971 Lemans Sport start after 5 years
Has been outside sitting for 5 years. changes spark plugs. oiled the cylinders with Marvel Mystery, changed oil and battery and she started. Has a new strong 400 only 7 years old

The LeMans along with its convertible body style make it much better than any hardtop to run down the production line. 1971 Pontiac LeMans Sport was considered by Pontiac to be the car right below the GTO in its marketing line up. Under the hood is a numbers matching 350ci V8 and an automatic transmission puts the power to the rear wheels. The motor was rebuild 1200 miles ago and was bored .30 over at the time. This vehicle is very original LeMans. Inside the black vinyl interior is an AM/FM/CD radio and seatbelts. A black vinyl power top folds away to let the air blow through your hair. 1971 LeMans T37/GTO Clone/Hotrod *START UP w/New Exhaust!
I hadn't started it in a few days so it was a bit of a cold start & Exhaust is still new only days old so still has a few bugs to spit out so to speak but its even louder than my camcorder can capture! Plus I muffled the speaker when walking towards the front of the car, my bad...but you get the point~!

This is day one.. pulling out the 350 and automatic and putting in a 455 / 4spd..Also doing a little interior work on this car as well.. then that will be it for this project as I will be focusing on getting "The Judge" underway
