Turbo Saab 900 B202 engine sound, loud Turbo spool or whine
I ported and half polished this cast manifold and sprayed it with a ceramic coating on the inside and on the outside for better thermal insulation. The old 5 bolt flange plate is a nightmare and slows the turbo down way to much, its not the cast collar like everybody thinks is the problem, its the small port that creates back pressure and reduces Exhaust velocity.

Steam injection test on Saab 900 Internal combustion engine, not HHO or water car but Hypermiling
Steam injected into the manifold increases engine vacuum and torque, RPMs rise faster and the engine is de coked and cleaned internally, also the Exhaust gas vanishes? I am unable to explain why this happens, there are thousands of patents for steam injection systems yet I have never seen one on a car, why not? my fuel logs show a 14% increase in efficiency so far. Any comments and suggestion are welcome to try and explain this phenomena.
