Midwest Council track day at BlackHawk Farms Raceway, May 29th 2010. In my 2009 Cobalt SS/TC w/ Trifecta tune, Nitto NT-05s, and EBC yellow track pads. Everything else is stock down to the air filter!

Turbo 2006 Cobalt SS
This is just a quick look at my 06 Chevy Cobalt SS. It's got a complete custom turbo kit developed myself and Fred Simmons Jr. @ SMG Motoring. This Kit includes a custom turbo manifold, log style. A t3/t4 50trim ITS turbo. Custom turbo catless side exit Exhaust. Tuned by SMG with HP tuners. The original turbonetics t3 super 60 made 280/280 @ around 20 PSI. This turbo wasn't Dynoed but it made similar power at around 16 PSI. So, I would estimate around 320 WHP with around 20 PSI. Right now the car is getting a new intake manifold and Intercooler because the stock unit (that combines an intake manifold and water to air Intercooler) seems to be a bottle neck. My Grand Am at the track. The other lane has a Cobalt SS racing...with an obnoxiously loud Exhaust. Notice that the light on my side comes on at the end of the track. ;-)
