97 Contour SE Exhaust test

I was board so I thought I would see what my custom Exhaust sounds like on camera. I took out the Cat, Res, and Muffler, welded the Cat's 2-bolt flange to a glass pack and then straight 2.25inch all the way back.... It is hard to film with my phone and drive lol then I got stuck behind some senior citizen driving a brand new Lancer like its a old Gremlin at 65mph on the highway.

97 Contour SE Exhaust test 2
Same car, same day. My neighbor (in the Sebring) cut me off, so I was filming as a joke, then she decided to try to outrun me.....uphill. I had her beat... until the I saw the cop, she didn't lol, so I guess technically I lost, but it cost her a lot lol





My Contour's New Exhaust 1
This is the new Exhaust on my 1999 Ford Contour SE Sport. The engine is a 2.5L V6 DOHC and the new Exhaust system includes MSDS shorty headers, a BAT y-pipe and Magnaflow high-flow catalytic conveter, and a 2 1/2 inch Trubendz Technology resonated Magnaflow stainless steel dual-outlet Exhaust. This is a warm start, idle (waiting for a car to drive past), then a couple quick revs, and shutoff. I no longer own this car, it was sold in February 2011.





Contour SE Sport Exhaust
Custom 2.5 inch catback Exhaust with magnaflow muffler on a '99 Ford Contour SE Sport. I wanted a little more power and efficiency out of my car. It has the 2.5L Duratec V6. The high rev as to about 4,000 rpm because of the rev limiter in neutral. The higher rpms sound better under load.
