One of the discs of the disc brakes were warped causing the steering wheel for vibrate when you apply the brakes. So my dad replaced the discs and i made a video of him changing the drivers side disc. it was a 41 minute video made 8x faster and shrunk it down to 6 minutes. I was thinking of adding some music track but i didnt know what to put so i just left it with the fast forwarded audio.

1997 Geo Metro - Break In
At around 7am my neighbor knocked on the door and told me that the Geo Metro was broken into. My first thoughts were (ah sh!t) so me and my brother went to check and found out the passenger side window had been smashed and the radio was stolen. one speaker was pulled out but not taken.

1997 Geo Metro - Axle Replacement
Both axles got replace because the passenger side cv boot broke and went unnoticed until the bearings started buzzing so we decided to replace both of them to prevent from having to do future repair on the other one.

If your watching this for the first time I'm aware that sandals are not the best thing to wear when doing auto repair. In addition there IS a jack stand just out of frame in the video I just leave the floor jack in place while I work normally where it is so that it's quicker to let the car down when I'm done.

Turbo Geo Metro First Start
Well, after one long week of fabrication, we finally were able to start the car. This setup is somewhat different to the original setup. I went with a front mount Intercooler that mounts in the bumper fairing. The piping runs through the fender well to avoid running right over the hot turbo and manifold. The T25 turbo does not have a compressor bypass valve like the TD04-13c did(I blocked this off and used a blow off valve), so it is much smaller and allowed me to put the air filter right on the front of the turbo.
So here is the breakdown:
Garrett T-25 turbo, .48 compressor and .49 turbine housings, wastegate set to 5psi stock.
Manual Boost controller to raise the Boost to 6.5psi
Standalone fuel enrichment circuit that activates at 4.5psi
27x5x2 inch front mount Intercooler, this is just at basic universal ebay Intercooler
2 inch Intercooler piping with blow off valve
160 degree thermostat, gotta keep that extra heat under wraps
Transmission oil cooler
2 1/4 inch Exhaust system, 20 inch resonator midline with a 6x10 glasspack at the tip, no fart cans!!
