I finally decided to ditch the recirculated Greddy Type-S setup for this turboXS Type H vented BOV. It's much louder and has more body to it then the whistle that the Greddy gives off.

-Hallman MBC set to hold at stock Boost (6 psi)
Mazdaspeed Protege: HKS SSQV Black Edition BOV
After a successful stint with my previous turboXS BOV, I decided to change things up with the new HKS SSQV Black Edition BOV. This BOV has that signature SSQV whistle, it's actually louder than my previous turboXS valve, it's much more high pitched.

EVO VIII GSR turbo XS type H RFL blow off valve BOV
went from an APS recirculating (50/50) blow off to a turbo xs type h RFL (100% to atmosphere) I had on my old STi. It's said it's 110dB at 15 psi and I'm currently running 27 lbs.
