知る限りRX-8の最高速ではないかと思います。NAのRX-8でも280km/hを出せると知ることができて嬉しいです。

I think that it is the maximum high speed of RX-8 as far as it gets to know.
I am glad to know that 280 km/h can be taken out also with RX-8 of NA.

RX-8 vs. 500 HP BMW M5 at VIR. Mazda RX-8 wins.
Second session on Saturday, June 14, 2008. Finally let me pass after 1-3/4 laps. Both the BMW driver and I are advanced, high-performance driving instructors.
The RX-8 is completely stock except for a B&B muffler and Hawk HP Plus pads on the front. It does not have traction control or stability control. Tires are original stock street Potenzas. No doubt the M5 is stock too, and this has more to do with weight than horsepower.
Camera is a Creative Labs Vado cheapcorder stuck to the windshield with a suction cup cellphone holder. Video was recorded upside-down due to the mount, and was transcoded to rotate it. Quality suffered.

My Car Collection Mazda RX8 Veilside
We are now looking at a 2004 Mazda RX8 with Veilside Bodykit, this car is extremely powerful having a 1.3lt rotary engine produces around 238HP i have upgraded with full Exhaust system it revs up to 9000 RPM and has a top speed of 240KM/H sort of 140MPH, it has 19 inch Konig Rims , carbon fiber hood. I have raced this car with : 335 Ci (2005), Honda Civic V-tech(2005), and Honda Civic Type R Hatchback(1997) the only one who won was the Civic Type R(it was modded) this race where a quarter mile. please comment and rate,Enjoy

EDIT: For you people that are hung up on my comment at the end of the video, I suspect you are probably one of those at which the comment directed.
It never ceases to amaze me how many people will see this video and continue to argue that there is some other relationship other than 3:1 between the inside and outside worlds of this motor.

chasing down a ferrari 550 maranello with a crazy driver, i think he goes like 150 or 160 at one point, In the beginning he is in front of the whit truck while were next to the lotus and blk ferrari. we could stay with him for a little while while we accelerated in lower speeds but once he got past a hundred.... not really a race just wanted to capture this rare car.we were stuck at a red light so we had to play catch up
