6 0 EGR system carbon removal
The 6.0 ford power Stroke is prone to building up carbon in the EGR intake passages. Changing the EGR valve will not get the carbon out or the system and repeat failures will result. Engine tear down and extensive cleaning used to be the only answer. We have a chemicial cleaning process to get the carbon out. With other additives you may be able to increase the mileage before the buildup returns.
