Went out to the garage this morning to give you all an update on what I did with the car last night, but the mail carrier dropped off several packages I wasn't expecting till later this week. This will really help with all the work I need to do to my Olds.
Will it run?
...Not today. I need to get the ignition wiring and steering column fixed,
to get the ignition switch repaired, in order to get it to run. Maybe in
the next couple weeks as I figure things out...
Getting started on stripping old paint and primer off the Olds. Might be
slinging some mud here in the future...
This was the VHS video sent to me by the previous owner 12 years ago when
we were purchacasing our 442. I had just sold a very nice 71 442 conv. and
wanted the ultimate: a 1970 442 W-30 convertible. We just missed purchaing
a couple of very nice original cars when this beautifully restored car
came up for sale.

Let s go get the car!
Ride along as I travel to Darington to get the new car. Keep in mind, I
had been up for almost 24 hours when I started this video, just couldn't
sleep. Tonight I'm going to be out like a light.

Here's a little time lapse of me stripping the old primer, body filler, and
paint of half the hood on the Olds. What you see took me about 2 hours to
