Scangauge II Horsepower Reading
Pay attention to the top left hand measurement (HPW = horsepower), skip about 15sec to the end.
On The 1.3L (86hp) Toyota Echo. Stock , filled with E10 Petrol (10% Ethanol) and it's giving more hp?? This is Very Strange!
