"First 3800 Startup!" Re: The 3100's Last Idle

The 3800's first REAL start up! The swap is done!!!!! I only had one minor issue, and that was a cracked transaxle side cover (The donor car was in a rollover) due to whacking the engine cradle really good! I made a cheesy slide show because my camera effed, but the sound is great quality! Tribute To GM's 3800 Series II engines...

Buick 3800 Engine Trouble: Rod Knock - bad Wrist Pin & Piston (not Lifters or Bearings)
Buick 3800 with rod knock. The problem is on the rod end with the wrist pin and piston. Upon tear down, no additional problems were found. Suspected cause is oil starvation or overheating.

The 3100's Last Idle
Last idle before teardown for L67 Engine swap in my 1999 Lumina. Shows bad water pump, the sound of the failed transmission, and some Exhaust clips, which are very nice, lol. Also includes me rambling on about the new motor and some footage of my dad's 1988 GMC Jimmy.
