This is a short video on how to make a Aluminum Honda Camshaft Seal for a B18b from scratch.
Watch as a cylinder shaped block of aluminium goes from a coffe mug sized block of raw matirial to a Camshaft Seal for the Honda 1.8 Liter Engine (B18b).

Honda B Series Cam Degree
Double checking the cams using the compressed air method to lock in VTEC. The cams are a custom set provided by ALLM0T0R from Honda-Tech with the centerlines at 110* BTDC on the Exhaust cam and 107* ATDC on the intake cam.

The Civic Build part 04 / DYNO
B18b1 with stock internals, stock head, stock Intake Manifold. Just some bolt-ons and a T3/T4 turbo putting out 10 psi. Bottom line... This setup is putting out 265HP & 226TQ.

Car was estimated at 190whp@6800rpm at 6psi street tune 9.0:1 compression 0.48 a/r t3/t4 turbonetics turbo.
Coming next year: Eagle rods(new redline 8200rpm) + Wiseco pistons (upping Boost to 14psi), bigger turbo + injectors, Dyno tune + more. Estimated 350whp+
