1971 Monte Carlo with 454ci engine, 3" original Flowmaster 50 series mufflers, no tailpipes
This is my 1971 Monte Carlo. The video clip is for sound comparisons for different Exhausts. The engine is about 9:1 compression and has a small hydraulic roller cam (224/234 deg @ 0.050", .527"/.544" lift). The intake is an Edelbrock RPM air gap, and the carb is a 750 Mighty Demon mechanical Secondary. The headers are Hooker Competition headers with 2" primaries and 3.5" collectors which go into 3" dual Exhaust with 3" 50-Series Flowmaster mufflers which end right before the rear end.
My 71 Chevelle SS with Flowmaster Super 44s
This is my Chevelle, i just had it painted about a month ago, had a little rust that had to get fixed, and some clear cloat was peeling off. After having it painted, also had new Exhaust put on. Exhaust is Hooker headers, X-pipe, and Flowmaster Super 44s, and Original Chevelle style tips. It also has a 350 over .30, ported heads, Edelbrock intake and carb, and a mild cam!
1970 Chevelle 454 Starts for the First Time
I recently bought a 454 574hp engine for my 1970 chevelle and just got it started for the first time. Also, I am in the process of repainting it sunburst orange with black stripes.

General Lee 69 Charger with Flowmaster 40's Exhaust system: 2.5" dual with Flowmaster 40's is way to loud for me! Resonates badly from interior and is loud enough to anger the neighbors just getting out of the driveway. I've switched to Flowmaster 50 SUV and will post results here soon. Still sounds great but interior sound level is much improved!

1969 Chevelle with the new Spin Tech Exhaust on it. Just a walk around clip of the car idling for now. Sounds crazy when compared with the old Flowmaster 50 series muffs that used to be on the car :)

Rojer's Exhaust, Fontana, CA (909) 823-0009 1970 454 SS Chevelle 3 inch Dynomax Mufflers #17546 20"case X pipe . Removed Flowmaster 40 New pipe X pipe tp Mufflers and reused previous 3" pipes after muffler. Fixed up the old pipes to look brand new and rebent and welded tips...AWESOME WORK!!! Killer job. These guys ROCK! The Dynomax Mufflers make the car sound clean and worth a million bucks compared to the flow masters that were too loud and sounded like marbles in a tin can. Highly recommend the Dynomax and Rojer's Muffler!!!
I took a bunch of video of the completed product while the car was on the rack, but I can't find it....Durrr! I'll try to get Roger to put it back on the rack and get some better shots of the final product.

My Job. The video is a crappy cell phone video. This is a fully automated cell producing the Ford Super Duty EGR valve. A Mori NL1500 lathe with live tooling and a Mori NH5000 pallet changing horizontal mill. The 360 alloy casting has two stainless steel valve seats cast directly into the part. This part took first place in the NADCA casting "under one pound" category. The Cell is worth about a million bucks.
