The customary classic BMW boxer twin meeting was held.
It is held in Okutama in spring and autumn every year.
Sponsorship is Mr. Hori who runs BMW R60 sidecar.
I was allowed to ride with a sidecar in the summer of last year.
I was allowed to carry out experience which is not still once, and he remembers having been large-excited vividly.

恒例のクラシックBMWボクサー・ツインミーティングが開催された。
毎年春と秋に奥多摩で開催される。
主催は、ＢＭＷ Ｒ６０サイドカーを走らせるホリさん。
昨年の夏にサイドカーに同乗させていただき、
いまだかつてない体験をさせていただき、
大興奮したことを鮮明に覚えている。
そして、今回は１９５２年製と思われるＲ５０／３に注目してみた。
スイングアーム方式の車体が開発／製造される前、
リアまで伸びているフレームとリアホイール軸間に配置された
プランジャー式サスペンション。
アールズ・フォークに移行する前のテレスコサス。
いまでは、当たり前のフロントフォークだが、
ＢＭＷがはじめて装備したサスペンションだった。
シャフトドライブは、まだラバーがないタイプ。
ハンドシフト機構の名残のレバーがある。
電装は６Ｖ、etc。
興味深い逸品を見せていただいた。

BMW MOTORRAD GS TROPHY JAPAN 2012
2012年11月に南アメリカで行われるGS TROPHY INTERNATIONALの日本代表を決める為の国内第一次予選。
長野県栄村のさかえ倶楽部スキー場を舞台に30分間のエンデューロレースが行われた。
全エントリー台数52台から上位25台が二次予選へ。
普段あまり見る事のない大排気量バイクの熱い戦いが繰り広げられた。
