Driving my Jetta TDI with my newly installed HID Lights

Dangerous HID's in reflector headlamp unit
A prime example of why it is against the law in the UK to fit HID's to cars aftermarket without using projector headlamps (and other nessecary equipment needed as directed by regulations).
This was a 1999-2001 Shape Ford Fiesta. Notice the dazzle as the vehicle gets ever closer and then compair to normal headlamps of the vehicle following it.
And who says HID's are not dangerous in reflector headlamp units and don't cause any dazzle or light scatter what so ever?!

Jetta HID Problem (HIDynamic 8000K H1)
A problem with my HID system. I just found out that the bulb that isnt turning on is white instead of regular transparent. What do you all think? What's the problem?
update: I am now running DDM Slimline 6000K with new projector headlights, which work much better than the old Hidynamic kit.. I'll post a link to the new vid later on.

VW Jetta TDi 2009 Over 50 MPG
So I'm on my way home from summer vacation and it's a 10-11 hour drive over two days. I decide to find out for absolute sure WHAT mpg this car can get. So after a few hours on the road I pull into a truck stop (I realize now that this time spent on the road in the beginning reduced the displayed avg. mpg for the trip), found a small nozzle pump and start to fill up with b5 diesel. The pump kicks off after a few gallons so, just to make sure, I top it off just once. I pull back on the interstate, hit zero congestion, and drive 116 miles at 60 - 65 mph. I then pull into the rest stop. I hit the men's room (priority 1!) then went for gas. At the pump I take it slow to try and minimize backwash. I do not try to top it off this time. What you see here are the results.

its been 4 months with no problem now.. till now... i found out that my HIDs have been draining my battery. now i'm getting a relay harness. For people that don't know what it is. its Inline Fuse Relieves stress on your stock wiring system, or disable your DRL's. By drawing power direct from the battery.. My kit didn't come with a relay so now its needed.. since now i have a relay harness my HIDs are fully working and no problems what so ever! Enjoy

dont worry about the glare! its been aimed down like 2 years ago! this video was recorded when they were a bit high! The HID work really good through all weather conditions.
