FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., May 3, 2011 -- Our customers have spoken -- asking for a safety, service and infotainment system inside their vehicle -- and Hyundai has responded by making Blue Link a standard feature on the 2012 Sonata. Blue Link® from Hyundai keeps track of almost everything for the Sonata owner. It provides up-to-the-minute traffic and weather information and is a lifeline to emergency services and roadside assistance. Synched to a smart phone, Blue Link will let the owner know where their Sonata is in a crowded baseball stadium parking lot or shopping center. It will keep an eye on young drivers by letting mom or dad know where they are and how fast they're driving. Blue Link can run diagnostics, provide maintenance alerts, check fuel efficiency and even find gas stations with the best prices. With over 30 features, it turns every Hyundai Sonata into the smartest Hyundai's ever built.
The award winning Sonata continues to be a huge hit thanks to Fluidic Sculpture design, an all-four cylinder engine lineup with best-in-class fuel economy and advanced technology. Sonata enters the 2012 model year with even more safety, technology and convenience offerings including Blue Link, HD Radio Technology and new seven-inch touch-screen navigation. Add it all up and there's a reason why Sonata is one of the most shopped cars in the U.S.

2012 Hyundai Sonata
A new Hyundai.
Hyundai has quietly unveiled the 2012 Sonata facelift in South Korea.
Virtually indistinguishable from the current model, the car features a revised grille, restyled mirrors, LED taillights and new 18-inch alloy wheels. Interior changes are also minor, but include higher quality materials, revised trim and a cooled glovebox.
In Korea, the 165 hp (123 kW / 167 PS) 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine carries over but the 2.4-liter unit has been replaced by a new turbocharged 2.0-liter with 271 (202 kW / 275 PS).
2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Test Drive & Car Review
http://www.autobytel.com/new-cars/hyundai/sonata-hybrid/ The 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid looks nothing like its gas powered brother. The Sonata Hybrid has a huge front grill opening telling the world this car is different. The Sonata Hybrid is more aerodynamic and features low rolling resistance tires to achieve good gas mileage ratings. Fuel economy for the 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is 35 MPG in the city and 40 MPG on the highway. The Sonata Hybrid has a base price of $25,795.
The 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid features some great information gauges to help the driver be more efficient. The tachometer has been replaced with an ecoGuide gauge to let the driver know if they are driving efficient. What separates the Sonata Hybrid from the rest of the pack is the 6-speed automatic transmission. The Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is one of the best hybrids currently on the market. And the fact that you get Hyundai's 100k miles powertrain warranty is the icing on the cake.

► 2012 Hyundai Azera [design]
Hyundai Motor America today introduced the all-new Azera in a North American debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show. Azera is the fifth vehicle to adopt the company's signature Fluidic Sculpture design language.Tucson, Accent, Elantra, Sonata and Azera now all have a modern, sleek, sophisticated style, creating the illusion of constant motion. This flagship Fluidic Sculpture sedan also features a more powerful Lambda II 3.3-liter GDI engine, six-speed transmission, best-in-class combined fuel economy of 23 miles per gallon and a wide range of advanced safety equipment.
The Lambda II 3.3-liter GDI engine is the heart of the 2012 Azera. It produces a best-in-class specific output of 88.8 horsepower per liter, while having the smallest displacement V6 in the segment. This engine has a high-pressure direct injection system (over 2,200 psi), which dramatically increases power and torque, while reducing fuel consumption and emissions. This system eliminates the need for a large displacement V6 engine and increases the compression ratio from 10.4 to 11.5 for greater thermal efficiency and output. It also features all-aluminum construction, four valves per cylinder, piston cooling jets, roller timing chain, CrN Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) coating on the top ring chamfer and Dual Continuously Variable Valve Timing (D-CVVT) for a broad power spread. A three-stage Variable Intake System (VIS) further broadens its power curve to improve the vehicle's off-the-line acceleration and passing performance. EPA fuel economy estimates for the Azera are 20 mpg city / 29 mpg highway / 23 mpg combined.
