RC Airboat / Sumpfgleiter - Baubericht (Zeitraffer) und Maiden
Aus den alten Komponenten meines Easystars (Permax 400 Bürstenmotor, 20 A Regler, Lipo 2S 2200 mAH) und ein paar Balsaholzplatten habe ich mir einen kleinen Sumpfgleiter nach einem einfachen Bauplan geschnitzt. Im Zeitraffer sind die wichtigsten Bauschritte zu sehen (natürlich nicht alle). Der Boden wurde mit Epoxy und Glasfasermatten verstärkt. Den Rest habe ich einfach mit Epoxy lackiert. Ist nicht besonders schön geworden (Optik war mir zweitrangig), bringt aber eine gute Festigkeit. Die Jungfernfahrt durfte mein Sohn (7) machen. Hat er super gemacht (Papi ist stolz) ! Der Gleiter ist schneller als ich gedacht hatte. Mein Sohn hat meine Anweisung, mit dem Gasknüppel vorsichtig umzugehen, brav beherzigt, sodass auf dem Video das ganze Geschwindigkeitspotential nicht so richtig rüber kommt (ich hab den Gleiter dann mal etwas mehr getrieben, konnte dabei aber natürlich nicht filmen). Das Fahrverhalten ist nicht ganz unkritisch. Wenn man das Ruder (welches nicht im Wasser liegt, sondern nur den Luftstrom ableitet) zu stark legt, dreht der Gleiter quasi auf der Stelle. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass er dabei irgendwann mal durch seine eigene Heckwelle kentert - wäre für den offenen Motor nicht so ideal ... Ich werde demnächst mal eine Geschwindigkeitsmessung machen. Ich denke, mindestens 30 Km/h müssten drin sein. Nächste Stufe wäre dann, den 400er Bürstenmotor gegen einen 3S gespeisten Brushless auszutauschen. Könnte aber sein, dass er dann abhebt ...
