TFLcar.com - Review: Cadillac Escalade vs. RC Monster Truck
( http://www.tflcar.com ) The Cadillac Escalade Hybrid is most at home in the hills of Hollywood, California or cruising next to South Beach in Miami, Florida.
It is a big luxurious SUV with twenty two inch wheel, leather everything, and a gas and electric engine.
So how will this biggest and most luxurious of SUV's do when it is pushed beyond what it was originally designed to do.
To find out I raced it against a monster truck---a remote control monster truck to be exact.
The challenge was a simple one; to see which car would do better tacking the rough and tough mountains and dirt roads of Colorado.
Watch the video below to see which car won the challenge. And as a bonus take a look at the new of road sport that we created in the process:

2010 Dodge Power Wagon off-road review
( www.TFLcar.com ) There are just some places that a full sized pick up
should never go. Here's one that comes to mind almost immediately...Wipe
Out Hill in Moab, Utah.
As part of the 44th annual Jeep Moab Safari I had the chance to rock crawl
a brand new Ram Power Wagon up Wipe Out Hill and experience first hand what
it must be like to take of in the space shuttle as I pointed the pick-up
skyward to climb up the hill.

Ford EcoBoost takes on Toyota, Chevy & the Ike Gauntlet Mashup Towing Test ( Episode 2 )
( http://www.TFLtruck.com ) The 2013 Ford F-150 EcoBoost Pickup is built to tow. But is it better
than the Toyota Tundra and the brand new Chevy Silverado? We decided to
find out by putting all three pickups up against each other in a Mega
Mashup by having them tow the old Lincoln Continental Mark V Diamond in the
Rough up one of the steepest and highest American Highways. From Dillion,
Colorado to the Eisenhower Tunnel U.S. I-70 climbs 8 miles to a maximum
elevation of 11,158 feet or 3,401 meters. That's enough elevation and grade
to test the most powerful of pickups. Is the Ford F-150 EcoBoost up to the task of towing a over 7,000
pounds up to the top of the tunnel?
In this second TFLtruck Ike Gauntlet video review we test the truck up the
Ike Gauntlet see how fast it will tow over 7,000 pounds of old American
Luxury car 8 miles up a 7 percent grade to the Eisenhower tunnel with the
help of our friend Kent from ( http://www.MrTruck.com ).

2012 Cadillac Escalade Test Drive & Luxury SUV Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/cadillac/escalade/2012/ The 2012 Cadillac Escalade
might be on the higher end of the price scale for an SUV. However the
Escalade wasn't made for ordinary soccer moms and trips to the grocery
store, Cadillac's premium SUV was built for those looking for luxurious
comfort. It's not uncommon to see rap stars, movie stars, diplomats, and
other famous high profile people stepping out of an Escalade. The 2012
Cadillac Escalade exudes style and sophistication, and is also packed full
of the latest and greatest technology as well as a very powerful engine.
The base price for this SUV is $63,170 with the top of the line Platinum
Edition AWD moving off dealer lots starting at $82,495.
The 2012 Cadillac Escalade is powered by a powerful 6.2 liter V-8 engine
that produces 403 horsepower and 417 lb-ft. of
torque. The Escalade's transmission is a 6-speed automatic that is very
responsive and great for towing. The Escalade also comes with either a RWD
or AWD drivetrain. Fuel economy for the 4x2 model is 14 MPG in the city and
18 MPG on the highway thanks to Active Fuel Management which essentially
turns the Escalade V-8 into a 4-cylinder engine at low operating loads. The
suspension features Magnetic Ride Control Shocks that sense changes in the
road and make adjustments every few milliseconds. This technology allows
the shocks to dampen almost instantaneously providing a comfortable ride.
The Escalade has always been known to have the latest and greatest
technology available from Cadillac. Some great features found on the 2012
model include: Blind Zone Alert, Touch-Screen Navigation, Bose surround
sound, and more. There is DVD entertainment for the rear passengers.
Leather seating and surfaces along with high end wood trim pieces are
prevalent in the 2012 Cadillac Escalade. And now the Escalade also features
cool LED headlights and taillights.
