The previous Fiat Grande Punto was always one of the better-looking small cars, but this Punto Evo is even sharper and has a higher-quality interior. However, it's the engines -- particularly the 16-valve 1.4s -- that really make this car.
The low-speed ride is too firm and the steering could do with more feel. It can be difficult to get comfortable behind the wheel, too.
