1988 Buick Reatta 3.8. This car doesn't immediately strike you as a sporty..and it isn't lol. But it was "one" of Buick's attempts at a sportier sort of theme and its VERY RARE. I'd say its more luxurious than sporty..the 3.8 in this thing isn't much of a powerhouse either, and its a FWD platform sadly. But anyway, its a BEAUTIFUL piece of history! MINT condition. Best part i'd have to say is the touch screen! Nothing like this had ever been done before!! This car was a friggen time capsule..i love the 80's lol. It even has keyless entry, truly amazing.
Note: I work at an auto auction, this isn't my car.

Volvo S70 Cold start issue
Only does this the next morning after rain or humid days. The car sat for a "humid and hot" week while i was on vacation. I'm really leaning towards an ignition problem? Plugs and wires seem to be recently replaced. Ignition (coil + wire) seem to be original.
1988 Buick Reatta Walk around
Another one of my odd GM vehicles. This one is a Buick Reatta 2 seater hard top. Features a CRT touch screen system (same as the one found in the old Rivieras) that controls the climate control, radio, diagnostics and several other features. This is one of those cars you don't see every day!
Open Roads Nugget #1: Don't Tailgate
Originally conceived as a film inside a film for our pilot, the sheer amount of content in our first episode left this little video buried in storage. Now, we bring it BACK.

1990 Buick Reatta - Full Power - 89K Miles - GONE!
The sporty little Buick Regattas' were "hand made" luxurious sports coupes produced at the Reatta Craft Centre in Lansing, Michigan. They were a downsized version of the Riviera with all of its amenities. With only 89K miles on this car, there are many more pleasant driving miles to go on its 3.8L V-6 OHV 12V Fuel Injected engine with 4 speed turbo Hydromantic transmission. This high-geared transmission makes for an extremely capable and comfortable long-distance high speed cruiser with an 18 gallon fuel tank, as well as a nice car on an evening out for just the two of you.
Features include but are not limited to, A/T, P/S, P/B, driver's front airbag, dual 6-way power seats, fog lights, power heated mirrors, keyless entry system, power antenna, power brakes, rear window defroster, premium audio system, 15 inch alloy wheels, 4-wheel ABS, electronic systems and sensors, date reminder, trip computer, anti-theft alarm system, independent suspension, leather seating, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, A/C, dual illuminated visor mirrors, remote releases for trunk, fuel filler door and glove box, power windows, power door locks, touch screen controlled 8 speaker AM/FM/Cassette Audio System and climate control functions.
With styling this unique and clean but conservative, it is easy to see why the Reatta, manufactured for only 3 years, has secured a niche as a modern collectible Buick! Beauty, power and all the amenities for the low price of only $5,950.
