http://drivencarreviews.com/ Scion has done "sporty" cars before, now they have done a true sports car. The 2013 FR-S has the potential to become an instant classic. Tom Voelk attends the press launch in Las Vegas, NV and spends a little quality time with this 2+2 on the track at Spring Mountain Raceway.

2013 Scion FR-S First Drive Racetrack Review
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2013 Scion FR-S is one of the most exciting new cars to hit the showrooms as it heralds the return of the affordable rear-wheel-drive sports car. Along with the new Subaru BRZ the Scion FR-S is a hoot to drive both on the race track and on the road. Check out this first drive review as we put the new 2013 Scion FR-S to the test on both the road and racetrack just outside of Las Vegas Nevada
Toyota GT86 (Scion FR-S) review - CarBuyer
Full review: http://www.carbuyer.co.uk/reviews/toyota/gt-86/coupe/review
The Toyota GT86 has been charged with injecting a little excitement into the Japanese brand's dull and dependable image. Developed in partnership with Subaru, the rear-wheel drive coupe promises to mix driving fun with great value for money. The GT 86 is priced at around £25,000, and is aimed squarely at entry-level versions of the evergreen Audi TT. While the Toyota isn't as attractive as the sleek Audi or muscular Nissan 370Z, it still has the ability to turn heads. And what the interior lacks in quality and cutting edge design, it more than makes up for with generous standard kit. But the GT86 is car that demands to be driven rather than looked at. Sharp and engaging handling, a characterful 2.0-litre flat four petrol engine and strong brakes help make the Toyota a number one choice for back road blasts.

2013 Subaru BRZ vs Porsche 911 Carrera S Mile High Mashup Review
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) Most people certainly won't cross shop a 2013 Subaru BRZ and the all new Porsche 911 Carrera S. Yet in many ways the two cars are very similar. They both have a similar type of flat engine, they both seat 2 comfortaby but you can get 4 people into the cars in a pinch, and they are both are classic rear wheel drive sports cars. Of course the Porsche cost 4X the money and has exactly 2X the horsepower of the BRZ and yet it is currently and possibly the most desired car by twenty something year olds. The Porsche is verging on super car status and yet it is possibly the most desired car by forty something year olds. Check it out as we mashup these two cars in this Mile High review to see what makes them so similar to each other.
Scion FRS vs. Subaru BRZ Stance War
Two stanced, brand new cars go head to head in this epic video shoot. The fastest selling cars ever in history stand here head to head against each other in looks, performance and stance.
NOW notice how the owners of each car are playfully making fun of each others cars, when they know it is simply the same thing. At the end they drive away with the opposite cars! Fairly good joke so enjoy!
Scion FR-S Drift in Japan with Ken Gushi
This footage is from my personal Contour Camera. I had my camera loaded up in the Scion FR-S as I took a few laps around a forest track in Chiba, Japan. I was told not to trash the car so I didn't do anything crazy but here is some raw footage. It is fun to drift!
2013 Ford Mustang vs Scion FR-S Mashup Drive & Review
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2013 V6 Ford Mustang and the 2013 Scion FR-S don't compete directly. The Mustang has 2 more cylinders, 105 more horses and weights about 700 more pounds. However, in two important ways they compete: 1) Price and 2) the Fun to drive factor. In fact, we would not be surprised if drivers crossed shopped the two very different cars. Which of course begs the question....which one is better? In this video review we mashup the established American Icon with the much heralded Japanese new comer to decide which car is the better?
2013 Scion FR-S Walkaround Car Review Video
http://www.autobytel.com/scion/fr-s/2013/ The 2013 Scion FR-S is a true sports car in the fact that the layout is a front engine design with the rear wheels driving the vehicle. The FR-S is a well balanced machine that focuses more on handling that outright power. Out back the 2013 Scion FR-S features LED tail lights and a great dual Exhaust. The 17-inch alloy rims are wrapped in summer tires. Under the hood is a 2.0 liter Boxer engine that makes 200 horsepower and 151 lb-ft. of torque. The Boxer engine sits very low in the chassis which is reflected in the Scion FR-S's low center of gravity.
The first thing you notice when getting into the 2013 Scion FR-S is how low the seats are. In fact you are sitting only 15 inches above the ground. This minimizes body roll and helps to maximize handling capabilities. The FR-S sits lower than a Porsche Cayman and just a bit higher than a Ferrari 360. The leather wrapped steering wheel is just over 14 inches and features integrated controls. The steering column is also fully adjustable to meet the driver's needs.
The 2013 Scion FR-S is purpose built to be a very affordable sporty car. In fact Scion has made many engineering and design choices around the fact that most owners will want to modify this vehicle in one way or another.
