Me and my dad see my dad's old car for the first time in 20 years.
He sold the car over 20+ years ago when he was an alcoholic. Said he probably would have died in it. This is the first time he saw it since he sold it over 20+ years ago. The car does look in relative good shape, we have no idea what has been done with the car over the past 20 years. It obviously wasn't sitting there for 20 years and nobody claims it to be. Pay attention, people. 1964 Buick Rivera. 425 Wildcat V8 w/ 427 horsepower.

Abandoned cars in forgotten junkyard
These pictures were taken in May of 2010 in the Michigan woods. The junkyard is permanently closed and has posted no trespassing signs all over the place. I spoke to the person who owns the property and was given special permission to explore. This site covers 120 acres and is packed with cars from the 1930's on up. I only had an hour to look and it must be done on foot. Enjoy the pics, places like this just don't exist anymore. Truely a rare find. Thanks to my buddy Chris for the tip on this hot spot.

After many requests to look at the Old Chevy I finally cleared out around it with the help of Lil Racer so we could take a look at it and make a video of it.
Original Barn find 1968 GT500 Shelby
This car is completely original down to the tires! This one of a kind find has never been washed since resurfacing from an undisclosed location in Georgia. This Shelby is a true barn find and yes, it does start and is driven on and off it's enclosed trailer to various car shows. The seats have been changed back to the original ones that came in the car along with all the SHELBY letters that are missing. The car is a rare automatic.
1967 Pontiac Firebird 20 Year Cold Start
We work on starting my new 67 Firebird after it has been sitting for 20 years untouched in Wasilla, Alaska. The tags expired in 1989. It has the original Overhead Cam Inline Six Engine. Before starting it we put oil down the cylinders, primed the oil system, changed the oil and replaced the Cap, Rotor, Plugs, and Points. A Complete restoration is planned for the immediate future.
Abandoned Old Truck Breathes New Life.
This 1965 Ford F100 was abandoned on the property I bought about 10 years ago.. We didn't think it would run or anything, as it was pretty rough looking, just sitting under some trees.. It appears to have never been tampered with, and it is all there,. It's a short bed, short wheelbase fleetside Custom Cab, and is worth saving.. We were surprised the engine purrs like a kitten, and doesn't smoke and.. We found out the previous owner was an old man (he died) that changed oil in all his vehicles every 1,000 miles, religiously.. The shifter needs work, and there are no brakes, but we will take care of that at a later date.

The staff at this yard is quite friendly and will let you poke around as long as you sign in.
