First starting of S4 6 port 13B in 82 RX-7.
First running of an S4 6 port 13B engine in my 82 GSL. Engine is running on a 600 cfm Edelbrock carb with Jay-Tech intake, holley 40psi fuel pump and bypass style pressure regulator, 16 gallon fuel cell and custom gauge panels inside with iEquus performance gauges.
September 18 2009, the day my RX-7 was officially taken to the scrap yard. An unfortunate series of events led to this car's disassembly in order to move on.
As of August of 2011 I now have another RX-7, a nice 79 GS that was all original when I got it and is still mostly original. Check it out at the driver development track at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park (formerly Mosport). http://youtu.be/EsNjIxwy5rw

12A Rotary Bridge Port KE30 Corolla First Startup
This is the engine from my Dyno Vid. Its finally installed in the car. The engine was run in and tuned on the engine Dyno.
It was a bit smokey until I drained the fuel and filled up with fresh fuel. I used to over premix the fuel so i suspect that the oil had sunk to the bottom of the tank as the car sat engineless for over 3 months.
All seems fine. No oil or coolant leaks. Temps are fine with the new PWR Radiator and SPAL 16" fan. The PWR oil cooler is also working a treat.
Just have to sort out if my oil pressure gauge is reading low, or if the multi-outlet block i have it mounted on is the cause of the pressure being 50psi on startup and not 100psi like in the Dyno clip.
Just have to spend a few mins getting the idle sorted as you can probably hear.
This was the first startup in the car, so i was holding the camera whilst checking the car over for leaks and temps etc.....so please excuse the jerkiness.
