Was out riding a few hours ago and suddenly the piston came out the cylinder wall. Haven´t taken the engine apart yet to see what caused this, but just had it away on an transmission change (which wasen´t even necessary, cause it was just as bad when i got i back) and i believe that someone forgot a screw somewhere or something like that. This bike is a 2007 and the engine was fully rebuilt 8 hours of running time ago so have no clue really why it should happen just like that. Either way I'm pissed off at someone! hehe:p
UPDATE!
What really happened is that the oil circulation failed under this last run, making the cylinder/piston and crank go waaaay to warm causing the piston to get stuck sideways in the cylinder. And woila, yamaha dead.
