Driving a mile in The Emerald Bullet 1962 Mercedes W111
Take a drive with me in the Emerald Bullet. I feel more torque with the 2.8 liter motor than I did with the 2.2 liter. My butt Dynometer says it is much faster. How does the engine sound to you? Is this what a 2.8 liter Mercedes Benz engine is supposed to sound like? Notice all the gauges and the clock working.
My old Mercedes Benz 220s 1963
This is a movie that I made today of my beloved Mercedes Fintail 220s from 1963, I have this car from 10 years now,I felt in love with this model since I was a child and when I bought it the engine was damaged, and it needed a pinting, and I repaired the engine and send it to pinting, it needs another re spray now, but the mechanics are perfect. I´ve done all the mechanical repairs by myself, works like a dream!
Cold start and test drive Mercedes 200 1975, Part 2
Finally after 5 years we though that the old Merc deserved to be taken out for a spin. We had a little problem with the right rear tire but otherwise the car was running surprisingly good, everything worked. As they say: Mercedes is a quality car.
1975 Mercedes Benz 300D VERY Cold Start Winter W115 OM617 (-19F)

I only paid 300 dollars for it, the guy thought it had a blown engine, but it turned out the timing on the injector pump was way off. I ended up taking the injector pump off and putting it on the right teeth, and doing the drip test, and etc. It has rolled over twice now, it has finally just broke in at around 230,000 miles. It runs great and I put about 45 miles a day on it. Best diesel ever made in my opinion. Keep in mind it is VERY cold sometimes in North Idaho, and this afternoon it was a cold day, and it finally started. It starts way better in 30 degrees and up weather! :-)

Ewy Rosqvist - världens främsta kvinnliga Fenmercedes förare fyllde 80 år den 3 augusti. Här får vi se henne komma körande i en likadan Mercedes-Benz 220SE hon tävlade med på 60-talet.
MERCEDES-BENZ FINTAIL 50 Year 2009.
Ewy Rosqvist drove for Mercedes-Benz achieving great success in international rallies and road races in the 60-ties. 2009 she became Honory Member in Mercedes-Benz Club of Sweden, 80 years old.
This clip we see Ewy in a Mercedes-Benz 220SE, the same model she drove in the 60-ties.
The Old Rotten 1968 Mercedes-Benz 200
FOLLOW UP: This vehicle was sent to a scrap yard. This vehicle was not mine, therefore I had no control over the decision.
This Mercedes has been in this spot from 1998 to 2009. It was a customer's project, that I guess he abandoned. The interior really stinks and the car is really rotted, the odometer read 30,000 miles but I don't know if it rolled over or not. It doesn't run, came all the way from California just to sit and rot.
