Magic Potion to unstick an engine part 1
I whipped this concoction up to soak the cylinders with in my Oldsmobile. In part 2 we'll see if it works.
Also, if you wonder what the difference is in stuck, frozen and seized, there is none. Stuck just sounds like there's a better chance of getting it to move again :-)
Disclaimer: There is no guarantee that a stuck engine will run correctly after they get freed up, so try this method at your own risk. Internal parts including the engine block itself could be damaged. Even if the engine does run, often there is cylinder or ring damage resulting in excessive oil consumption.
How to free seized nuts and connections in seconds
Freeze - Off the easy way to free seized nuts, bolts and connections without resorting to oxyacetylene, advanced penetrating oil with unique ability to attack and break down rusted connections in seconds, produces a freezing effect which draws the heat out the metal, high alochol content breaks down rust,
leaves no residue, can be painted contains a light oil to maintain movement after use. The industry call it the RUSTCRACKER from http://www.ttproducts.com

Using citric acid for rust removal
Citric acid can be bought from drugstore (they use it in jelly or such to adjust acidity) but it is very expensive there. Therefore Finnish rodders buy it from some agriculture-store. It is not expensive. Officially it is used as pigs obstruent! I dipped those parts in citric acid for overnight, next day brushed it with wirebrush and flushed it with water. Then again back to citric acid over night and wirebrushed + flushed it next day.
Flushing is important, you'll want to get all acid away, otherwise steel will turn to yellow.
You can't use this method on all parts because of hydrogen embrittlement. So no pedals, frames, brake drums, engine blocks or such to citric acid!!! And yeah, parts should be clean -I've cleaned 'em with fuel- because grease will neutralize acid. Ratio was 3%
Parts must be dried soon as you get them flushed, I quess you guys know why...

Un-seizing a V6 engine #4
The V6 engine I have is seized up, so I show how I get it to spin over freely.
Note some of my techniques are not recommended for a useful engine. One of the most important factors is time, the longer you let diesel or penetrating oil sit in the cylinders, the better, so long as you keep any water out at the same time!
Engine Running NO OIL - NO SUMP - Seized Soild on Camera
Messing with a Mitsubishi Lancer
There are loads of videos where people run an engine at full rev with no oil in it, and the engine seizes.
Running it a medium rev, I wanted to see how long it would run with no lubrication, and I was surprised.
However if the car was driving and the engine was under load, it would be dead in minutes!
2nd step After unsticking an engine
Now if you seized an engine from lack of oil nothing short of a rebuild is worth doing ... But if it was just seized from sitting - this extra step is the difference between an engine that dies quickly and restoring most of the rest of the life the engine really had left in it before it got parked. Dont laugh too loud... sure it goops your plugs when you go to start it of but its well worth the extra effort to not have to take the whole engine down
