Mazdaspeed miata 17psi vs 6.0 LS2 GTO 440 hp
If you want to run water meth on your Mazdaspeed mx5 I recommend a 3 gallon per hour nozzle & 14.5 psi of Boost with the stock injectors & I disconnect my throttle position sensor to give more fuel a lower rpm's when I know I will be hitting the gas & reconnect the TP sensor when I am just cruising around. With TP sensor connected I go full throttle only above 5000 rpm's where it switches between open & closed loop at anything above 10.5 psi. I do not run 17 psi all the time just did a few times. Most of the time I have it set to 14.5 psi. I feel very safe at 14.5 psi with water/meth injection. & on curvy mountain roads sometimes I will shut the water/meth off & turn the Boost down to 10 or 10.5 psi. Mazdaspeed mx5 1.8L turbo, 2450lbs, FM intake, FM downpipe, no muffler, Devils Own progressive water/meth kit, Denso 321cc injectors, 17psi VS 6.0L LS2 Pontiac GTO cold air intake & Exhaust pipes 440hp.

350whp Civic GSR Turbo vs 400whp LS1 Trans Am vs MazdaSpeed Miata
Dumb ignorant posts will be deleted! The car has been traded for a DD. 1850lb Civic GSR turbo pushing 350whp @ 14psi, racing against a decently built LS1 Firebird Trans Am.. then a ride along video in a MazdaSpeed Miata pushing 240hp @ 15 psi with Methanol/Water Injection racing against the Civic *Car weighed 1850 without driver, only steering wheel, gauges, and seats were all that were inside. cut frame horns off, fully gutted hood and hatch, open downpipe, no heat shielding, bumper supports removed, no wipers or motors, no p/s or a/c, no sound deadening, every other roof support removed, HX wheels that are much lighter, every single piece of metal removed that does not mess with the structure.

Mazdaspeed Miata on The Tail of the Dragon
Late in the day, in my '05 Mazdaspeed Miata, beginning at the motorcycle resort just inside NC. A spirited drive, not exactly "fast." And the camera unexpectedly shut off before I wanted.

2004 Mazdaspeed Miata: 0-60, torque pulls, acceleration, and random driving
It delivers what it promises. A 0-60 run short shifting, followed by a pull up to 80, and then a bit of randomocity before abruptly shutting off the camera.

Build a Locost 7: Step 2 -- How to strip a Miata in under 4 minutes.
How to strip a Miata in under 4 minutes. Goal: Pull everything worth saving for the Locost 7 build: engine, rear subframe, uprights, hubs, brakes, wiring harness (intact!), gauges, seats, steering rack, steering column, Exhaust header, hardware, etc. I probably should have sold the tub intact to a Spec Miata racer, but I frankly couldn't get it out of the garage once it was not a roller. BTW, this video works MUCH better in "High Quality," due to the jerky nature of time-lapse video. There's a link for it just below the video's volume control. My entire build log, with lots of specs, pictures, and info is at http://LocostUSA.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2741 .
