nissan rogue vibrations
the Nissan rogues have a defect in the front right wheel area. while accelerating up to 40 mph you can feel a vibration. many people have complained to there dealers and they have said -cant be duplicated or is normal operating condition. ask them to document where the vibration is coming from and the specification of what is normal and abnormal vibration. Dealers have NVH ( noise vibration harshment ) tools. they can tell you what frequency and amplitude the vibration is at. demand from your dealer to put your rogue up on a hoist in drive at idle and make sure you go back there and see it for yourself. i hope you don't have the same problem as me.if you do file a complaint with your state attorney general and the NHTS and hire a lawyer

Riding the 2012 Nissan Rogue SL FWD
More than expected was the 2012 Nissan Rogue SL FWD. The 2.5 liter DOHC 4-cylinder engine proved to be an efficient power-plant that generated plenty of horse-power while enabling city MPG of 23 and a Highway MPG of 28. Most average drivers should experience closer to 33 MPG.
For comfort and convenience the driver has a 6-way power drivers seat with power lumbar support. For the front passenger there is a four-way manual front passenger seat. For rear seating there is a 60/40 split fold-down rear seat with heating and cooling ducts.
The cargo area has a storage tray under the floor. Our Rogue was equipped with a five inch color touch screen monitor. The Bose Premium Audio System with seven speakers and a rich sounding sub-woofer is top rank in our opinion.
To show of the fantastic design on the exterior there is dual body color power remote controlled outside mirrors. A body colored rear spoiler and sporty aluminum alloy wheels.

( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2012 The Nissan Rogue looks a bit like a happy jelly bean with bright eyes and a warm and fuzzy personality. If you are looking for a manly Crossover to tackle the worst of the great outdoors the Rogue, even though the name may suggest otherwise, is not the ride for you. It is designed more with shopping malls and soccer fields in mind than crossing the continental divide on a well rutted dirt road. Think of it as the Ugg boots of the crossover world. They may look like they are designed for snow but most women know they are meant for style over substance.
With 170 horsepower churned out from the 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, the rogue is peppy but not fast. Part of the is the continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) which provides good gas mileage put a rubbery throttle response. To make the most of the engines power the CVT keep the four banger buzzing in its efficient range which to some drivers may sound like an irritating drone while other just notice the zippy acceleration.
The Rogue is built on the same platform as the Sentra (which is an economy car) and basic transportation roots sometimes show in the way the Rogue tackles twisty roads. In other words when pushed to the limit it becomes clear that the Rogue was designed for comfort and not performance.
