SOLD FOR SALE 1968 Chevelle SS Clone Motor Running 525 HP
This has been a work in progress over the last 6 years with no expense spared. The car is a 1968 Chevelle dressed out to look close to a true SS but leaning towards Pro Street . It is not a true SS but then you would never see on at this price nor want to run it hard. The engine is a 468 cubic inch motor making in excess of 525 horsepower. This is something you need to drive to feel, it has huge power and the cam and motor just sounds plain mean. The motor is built as far as we could go and still be streetable on 92 Octane pump gas. The motor is built with all the best parts and dressed out with a high rise intake, Demon carb, Welded aluminum valve covers, Aluminum water pump, MSD 6Al box with Blaster coil, MSD distributer, and custom fit MSD wires. The pulleys on the motor are from March and there is plenty of other shiny stuff. I pay big attention to details and it will show all throughout the car. Other features: Aluminum radiator, Viper electric fan, Transmission cooler with braided lines, Vacuum accumulator can, new battery, new alternator, Hooker headers, 3" Exhaust, Flowmaster 44 mufflers with turndowns, turbo 400 automatic transmission with shift kit and B&M shifter, Eaton positraction with Richmond gears, and a T/A cover with brace and tubular control arms for the rear end. The car is lowered 3" with new springs and KYB gas shocks so it has the perfect stance and rides awesome. The interior has new premium carpet, Custom SS mats, new Leather seats with new foam and springs, Grant wood wheel, tilt, Autometer gauges, new headliner, Stereo with amp and I-pod, LED lighting under the hood and in the trunk, fully carpeted trunk, New steel cowl induction hood, Weld wheels with BFG T/A radials 275/60R15 rear and 235/60R15 front, power trunk, Weld wheel spare, new headlights, fuel tank and straps. I even changed almost every bolt to a 12 Point stainless ARP to add more pop. The car needs nothing mechanical and has 4,300 miles since rebuild. It is ready to drive cross country without overheating. It will roast the tires on demand untill you let up but is still streetable and drives perfect. The car is Candy Apple red with Gold SS stripe. It is a solid no bondo car and frame. The paint is good but not perfect. I am only selling this car because I bought a 1970 GTO, my dream car and have no room for them all. 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS *SOLD* Orlando, FL Exterior: Silver paint, pinstriped and gold leafed by Curly, all bumpers and chrome is good, driver quality. Black powder coated 13x7s with Chevy emblems. Skirts, HID headlights, all brake and reverse lights working. Clean glass. No dents. Minor scratches just like any driven car has but a great looking outside. Interior: All black SS with inserts. Very comfortable, very clean, minor tears on backseat arm rests. All windows roll up and down properly. Color Bar under glove box wired to headunit. 2 6x9s in back dash and 5 1/4s in the doors. Audio is really loud and clear. Its an AC car, everything under the hood but no belt, I do not know what all it needs. Mechanical: Original 327 with a 2 Speed Powerglide (ALL external seals replaced just 2 weeks ago with Receipt). New 150amp alternator, new axles, bearings, seals. Car runs great and I don't hesitate to take this car anywhere. Rides at 190 degrees, 14 volts. Since I've had this car a lot of Mechanical work was done to get this car truly road worthy. All work done within the past 4 monthes. U-joints and slip yoke 8 monthes ago. Dual Exhaust. Sounds and runs strong with no smoking. Hydraulics/Misc.: 2 pumps, 4 batteries, 6 switches. 1inch extended A-arms with perches reinforced. Frame is straight, very simple set up. Trunk pan does have a hole but I never show the trunk so its not a problem. Just went through set up, adding new check valves and seals. Y-Bone off rear end to allow skirts. Slip-yoke driveshaft. I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting but feel free to ask questions. I'm only selling to get a convertible. I drive this car every weekend and I gurantee you will too. Thanks

Ride in 1959 Chevrolet Bel Air
This is my 59 Bel Air. I am the second owner, and have owned the car since March 1978. I paid $75.00 for it, with 58,000 miles at that time. It is still mostly original, other than it has been repainted, by me, in 1984. Dashboard still has the factory original paint and gauges. Everything on the car works great. Options are, clock, deluxe heater, two speed electric wipers, AM radio,Tissue Dispenser, parking brake alarm...blinking red light in very beginning of video... EZI glass...tinted, rocker moldings, vent shades and license plate pocket guard...gas filler is behind license plate. The engine is a 348 cid 250 hp turbo Thrust V-8, that has never been overhauled. It has a 4-Jet Rochester carb. The power steering is driven off the rear of the generator...yes it has a DC generator....not a AC alternator with diodes to change the AC to DC current. Power brakes are Boosted by factory Bendix Booster. Trans is a 3 speed manual and axle ratio is 3.36 to1. Driving it from Michigan to Georgia it got 18 mpg and used no oil.
