This beast sports a twin turbo 522cid big block Chevy that screams out 1250hp on pump gas and a ridiculous 2000hp on race gas! Ever go 0 to 150mph in 5 seconds -- Butch can. Butch and his 3700lb Pontiac cruise the local streets (with parachute, of course) and run the quarter in 7 seconds. How many 70 year old men have the nuts to mash the throttle on 2000hp? Not sure, but Butch sure does. The Pontiac was transformed into this behemoth at Nelson Supercars.

Dale Moznik, of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, faced Billy Glidden of Whiteland, Ind., in the final round but Glidden's 2006 GTO was relegated to spectator status when the Christmas tree went green. Moznik cruised to a solo victory at 6.732 sec./207.24 mph.
HOT ROD Drag Week 2011, The Whole Story
HOT ROD Drag Week is the event that takes street racers to five races at four drag strips in five days, and the cars are required to drive on the highway from track to track with no support vehicles. In 2011, Drag Week went 1,260 mile from Topeka, Kansas, to Great Bend, Kansas; Amarillo, Texas; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and back to Topeka. Super Sleeper 1972 Nova - BIG MUSCLE
Wanna race? If so you may want to reconsider. You see this is Dru Diesner's 1972 Chevrolet Nova and it's anything but stock. From a looks perspective it's nothing special, in fact most people wouldn't put up $500 for this thing. Look a little deeper though and OH MOMMA! You see under its faded green paint lurks a twin supercharged LS2 that makes 1,160 hp... at the rear wheels. It epitomizes the term "sleeper", and is lethal to just about every other road going vehicle it comes in contact with. Big Muscle recently visited Northern Chicago to get a sample of this beast, and holy crap was it one of the best automotive experiences we've ever had.
