1st sign (red & black car): it's not allowed for a car to overtake other cars.
2nd sign: overtaking is not allowed the next 2 kilometers.
3rd sign: cars are allowed to overtake slow tractors (agricultural machines).
FAQ 2: Why is there no continous white line?
Because it is allowed to overtake slow tractors (agricultural machines).
FAQ 3: Why is this overtaking idiotic?
Because it's forbidden, very slow and in front of a blind corner.
