You know the form by now: driving on road and track. Carving the neat, fast line. Then pulling mahoooosive slides, and telling it how it really is with all three cars. Doubt we'll have more fun in 2012.

BMW M3 E46 Roll-over crash in Nürburgring VLN race
I pull the trusty pocketcam out just as the first few drops of rain fall on Wehrseifen. An E46 driver loses control on the entry to the corner, and ends up rolling all the way around. Race was the VLN #2 of 2012 and this was only the second lap of a four-hour event!

Nürburgring Nordschleife Record - 6:11
A tribute to the Norschleife record holder Stefan Bellof. He acchived a time of 6:11.13. The second fastest time was 44 seconds slower. He was driving the Rothams Porsche 956. There is some footage of the lap and some of his death.
