2012 Subaru Impreza WRX Sedan Test Drive & Car Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/subaru/impreza/2012/ When you consider the base price on the 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX Sedan is only $25,595 and you get a high-tech turbocharged engine along with Subaru's Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive; there is no car that can equal this kind of performance bargain. The Subaru Impreza WRX comes as either a 4-door sedan or a 4-door hatchback. The WRX has been one of the best selling sport compact cars since 2002 when it first debuted in the U.S.
The 2.5 liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine produces 265 horsepower and 244 lb-ft. of torque. The engine is a boxer style which means the pistons lay horizontally. This gives the engine a lower center of gravity which helps in the handling department. 0-60 MPH flies by in less than 5 seconds. Subaru Boxer engines are also known for their distinctive engine note. Fuel economy for the WRX is 19 MPG in the city and 25 MPG on the highway. The Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system provides an even distribution of power to all the wheels at the same time. The 2012 Subaru WRX also only comes with a synchronized 5-speed transmission. There is not automatic offered. But this is a good thing because the WRX was built to perform.
The Subaru WRX was redesigned for the 2011 model year and with the redesign came some cool exterior changes. A new wide-body design gives the WRX a great look. The handling is taken care of by a 4-wheel independent suspension system featuring front and rear stabilizer bars. The wheels are 17-inch alloys wrapped in high performance P235/45 R17 tires. Up front there is a functional hood scoop that provides cool air for the top-mount Intercooler. Out back the dual Exhaust lets drives know the WRX mean business.
On the inside the 2012 Subaru WRX features a cool set of sporty seats to hold the driver and passenger in place during spirited driving. The WRX comes standard with Bluetooth and iPod connectivity. There are 6 airbags to help keep you safe. The 2012 Subaru WRX Limited model tested here comes with leather interior, HID headlights, heated seats, and a cool touch screen navigation system.
The 2012 Subaru WRX offers turbo power, Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, a great 5-speed transmission, and precise steering; all for around $26,000. Are there really any competitors that can match this kind of performance at such a low price point?

2012 Subaru Impreza WRX STi Test Drive & Car Review
http://www.autobytel.com/subaru/impreza-wrx-sti/2012/ The 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX STi is the most popular all-wheel drive performance car on the market today. This bad boy sports over 300 horsepower and can destroy the 0-60 MPH barrier in under 5 seconds. That's faster than most sports cars! The 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX STi has a base price of $34,098. The STi comes in two body styles; there is a 4-door hatchback and a regular sedan body style. Both look great and provide loads of room. The 2.5 liter engine 4-dylinder boxer engine produces 305 horsepower and 290 lb-ft. of torque. A slick 6-speed transmission sends power through Subaru's advanced Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system.
The interior of the 2012 Subaru WRX STi is all business. The dark tones give the car a real sporty feel. The ergonomics are just right as everything you need is right within reach. This sort of design comes from many years racing and rallying experience. The STi comes with a great steering wheel as well as supportive Recaro sport seats. Subaru designed the interior to not only be functional but comfortable also.
The 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX STi is at home carving the canyons or sliding around in the dirt. Subaru has kept automotive enthusiasts hungry for the STi since it first hit our shores almost 10 years ago. And the 2012 WRX STi is the cream of the crop!

http://www.autobytel.com/toyota/sequoia/2012/ The 2012 Toyota Sequoia is one of those vehicles that offers a ton of utilitarian value. The Sequoia can seat up to 8 passengers, has tons of cargo room, and can tow 6900 lbs. This 4.6 liter V-8 engine makes 310 horsepower and 327 lb-ft. of torque. The larger engine is a 5.7 liter V-8 motor that makes 381 horsepower and 401 lb-ft. of torque. Both engine comes with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy is 14 MPG in the city and 20 MPG on the highway for the smaller 4.6 liter engine and 13 MPG in the city and 18 MPG on the highway for the larger 5.7 liter engine.
On the outside there are a ton of standard features. The bumpers are color matched to the rest of the body. The Sequoia gets standard fog lamps and a chrome grille surround. 2012 Subaru Legacy Test Drive & Car Review
http://www.autobytel.com/subaru/legacy/2012/ The midsized car segment is packed and the 2012 Subaru Legacy is working hard to separate itself from the rest of the bunch. The advanced symmetrical all-wheel drive system and upgraded interior are 2 ways the Legacy has progressed. The 2012 Subaru Legacy has a base price of $19,995 while the top of the line model goes for $28,595.
There are 3 engines offered on the Legacy. The first is a 2.5 liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 170 horsepower and 170 lb-ft. of torque. This very base engine also gets the best fuel economy at 23 MPG in the city and 31 MPG on the highway. The second engine is a turbocharged version of the 2.5 liter which has 265 horsepower and 258 lb-ft. of torque. The fuel economy for the turbo engine is 18 MPG in the city and 25 MPG on the highway. The last engine choice is a 3.6 liter V-6 that produces 256 horsepower and 247 lb-ft. of torque. The V-6 engine gets 18 MPG in the city and 25 MPG on the highway. Fuel economy is a bit lower than the competition due in part to the all wheel drive system.
The Subaru Legacy has always had a spot in the midsized car segment and the turbocharged GT Limited model is a big hit with enthusiasts. So if you are looking for something a bit more unique the regular mundane choices for a midsized passenger car and you want the added safety and handling that comes from an all wheel drive vehicle, then the 2012 Subaru Legacy may be the right choice.

2012 Volkswagen GTI DSG Test Dive & Car Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/volkswagen/gti/2012/ The 2012 Volkswagen GTI is just about the most fun you can have in a car for around $25,000. A compact performance car is judged based on its engine. And the GTI has one of the best all-around 4-cylinder engines in the world. In fact this engine powers numerous Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. But the 2012 Volkswagen GTI is not just a car with a wonderful engine; the GTI is also a good looking car that is well balanced, and quite comfortable. In fact you can get the Volkswagen GTI in both a 2-door and 4-door hatchback body style. The base price is $23,995 with the top of the line Autobahn model costing $31,695.
The 2012 Volkswagen GTI is powered by a direct injection turbocharged 2.0 liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 200 horsepower and 207 lb-ft. of torque. While this may not seem like a ton of power, it is more than enough for the everyday driver. Power is transmitted through a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission to the front wheels. The automatic transmission is called the DSG which stands for Direct-Shift Gearbox. This double clutch electronically controlled transmission can execute a shift in mere milliseconds. This helps performance figures such as 0-60 MPH as well as adding to the fuel economy of the GTI. The manual transmission model gets 21 MPG in the city and 31 MPG on the highway while the DSG automatic transmission model gets 24 MPG in the city and 33 MPG on the highway.
On the inside of the 2012 Volkswagen GTI you have 2 choices when it comes to seating material. There are the cloth seats that are very unique and serve as a tribute to the first GTI from the 1970's. On the other hand you can get your GTI with top sports seats that are finished in leather and provide a comfortable yet firm feel. The rest of the interior of the 2012 Volkswagen GTI is accented here and there with awesome red stitching on the shift boot and steering wheel. Speaking of the steering wheel; this flat bottom unit has integrated controls for the stereo. The pedals are also very sporty and race inspired.
The GTI also features a ton of technology built in. On the outside the daytime LED running lights are a standard safety feature that not only looks great but also makes you more visible to oncoming traffic. Bluetooth comes standard on the GTI and you can upgrade to a touch-screen navigation unit. On the safety front the GTI sports 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control, and an Intelligent Crash Response System. The attention to safety has resulted in the Volkswagen GTI being picked as a 2012 Top Safety Pick by the IIHS.
