Note: Some vehicles will require you to disable the air bag. These chrysler minivans do NOT require it. It's a pretty easy fix, nothing hard or complicated. If your a do-it-yourselfer and want to save some big money, give it a try. You CAN do it.
Struts can sometimes be a little scary. That is unless you have the right
equipment. They are really pretty simple for the most part. However be
sure to use a spring compressor. Here is an example on a Honda. Other
vehicles will be basically the same
Access to test a relay in place can be difficult. Here's a simply way to
test the actual relay mounted in the relay box
Chrysler blower resistor
If your heater blower only blows on high speed, most likely the blower
resistor is bad. But, to be sure you must test it. Here is how to find
it, test it, and replace it
Multiple unrelated complaints
Drivers complaint is multiple unrelated problems, all happening at once.
ABS & Air bag lights on, speedometer not working, gas gauge not right,
blower & windows not working. WHERE DO YOU START. Of course there could
be many possible faults. But whenever I see multiple unrelated problems
all happening at the same time I suspect a power or ground problem. Don't
be scared off or confused by so many problems, start with the easiest to
check first and you might just find the fix for the whole thing.
2005 Chrysler 300c Steering Wheel Column Play/Turn Signal Switch Problem
This was a small video I put together to hopefully help others who may be
having the turn signal issue, or the steering wheel column play from left
to right. I'd like to give a shout out to the members at 300cforums.com
for giving me a little guidance before I tackled this project. Thanks
Chemical Guys - How To: Headlight Restoration
Chemical Guys Tech Talk shows you the professional way to restore plastic
headlights back to the original crystal clear appearance. Chemical Guys
will show you how to wet sand the headlights and prepare for the polishing
process. Wet Sanding is performed with Chemical Guys Sanding block and
extra fine sand paper.
Next, the headlights are polished using V34, V36, and V38 optical polishes
using the orange, green, and black Hexlogic polishing pads. The Flex PE-14
Rotary Polisher teamed with the Evolve 4R mini backing plate has the
polishing power to remove the sanding scratches and restore the crystal
clear appearance to the headlight.
To protect the headlight from feature fading from sun damage, we use a coat
of Jetseal109 which is formulated specifically to protect the headlight
against harmful UV Rays.
Keep your car or truck looking great with Chemical Guys!!!
