Civic Si top speed

Video taken on road in mexico. engine mods are fujita sri, greddy ti-c catback Exhaust, and strup header. this shows the top speed of a 2008 civic si with stock engine management. The reason it stops at 134 is because there is a top speed limiter. Shifting into 6th gear would not allow me to pass this speed, only getting a reflash/tune would allow removal of the speed limiter.
