Chemical Guys - How To: Headlight Restoration
Chemical Guys Tech Talk shows you the professional way to restore plastic headlights back to the original crystal clear appearance. Chemical Guys will show you how to wet sand the headlights and prepare for the polishing process. Wet Sanding is performed with Chemical Guys Sanding block and extra fine sand paper.
Next, the headlights are polished using V34, V36, and V38 optical polishes using the orange, green, and black Hexlogic polishing pads. The Flex PE-14 Rotary Polisher teamed with the Evolve 4R mini backing plate has the polishing power to remove the sanding scratches and restore the crystal clear appearance to the headlight.
To protect the headlight from feature fading from sun damage, we use a coat of Jetseal109 which is formulated specifically to protect the headlight against harmful UV Rays.
Keep your car or truck looking great with Chemical Guys!!!

1985 VW Golf and Jetta Service Preview
A treasure-trove of VW goodness! Shows the Wolfsburg factory line where the Mk2s were assembled, explains improvements over the MK1 Rabbit such as aerodynamics and engine mounts, and goes over some service info like removing the headliner, radiator and condenser, fuel level sender and CIS transfer pump, drip moldings, and adjusting the door gaps.
I think the footage of the factory is from 1983 or 1984, just after production of the MK1 had stopped.
Content is not mine, and is presented for the VW nuts everywhere!
Quick Tip-Throttle Cleaning - EricTheCarGuy
This one goes out to BowlingBallOut who posted a question about a sticky throttle on his Saturn. It was a great question so I decided to make this video in response to it. There are many different configurations of throttle assemblies but for the most part if you have a throttle that is sticking you might be able to fix it using the procedures in this video. I am aware you may not able to purchase spray throttle cleaner in some states now but I'm sure they have some alternative available at your local parts store.
