Responding up 8th avenue and crossing 34th street to a stabbing. (If you look carefully you'll notice that the police car is driving in the bicycle lane, not the street.) Already on scene is a REP truck from ESS 1 as well as marked and unmarked police cars.

Short videos of the NYPD traffic tricycles. The siren that you hear at 0:09 is not from the tricycle but rather a police car that is not visible until 0:13. Notice that the officer conducting the motor vehicle stop at 0:40 is clearly armed, that is to say, he is not simply a traffic warden.
