BC cams, RC1000cc on AEM meth kit 50/50.
Client needed to come back and tune his setup since he installed the meth kit. Wanted to extend the range of PSI on pump gas so we reached a safe 25psi limit since his injector DC was 88% did not want to go further. Very happy with the power levels considering we were near C16 numbers utilizing 93oct and meth.

AEM Water/Methanol Failsafe Saves 400HP engine!
The AEM Water/Methanol Failsafe Device is used to protect an EVO's engine at full Boost on the Dyno when the water is shut off at over 390HP! The failsafe sees the difference in flow and goes into failsafe mode, dropping the Boost resulting in the car making "only" about 319HP to the wheels and saving the engine in the blink of an eye.
Installing The Snow Performance Water/Methanol Injection Kit
We install and Dyno test a Snow Performance Muscle Car Water/Methanol injection kit on PHR's Project Nova, with the help of Outlaw Motorsports. See how well it works on a 10.5:1 compression naturally aspirated 400ci street engine!
AEM Meth Kit testing (loud pump)
running 1 gallon of meth through the system to clear out any debris before installation of the nozzle.
2nd half of video is on digital cam instead of camcorder so it is shitter
pump is pretty loud eh?
AEM Water/Meth Injection Monitor/Failsafe Gauge
Here is the new water/meth injection gauge from AEM. This unit monitors the flow right before the nozzle, and has an alarm built in that not only activates visually, but can also trigger either secondary ECU maps or a Boost solenoid to reduce Boost.
It can be used with most water/meth injection systems, and requires minimal wiring to setup. With advanced logic it is able to detect both blockages and leakages, since the alarm system is set up to detect both low and overly high flow states. In conjunction with the failsafe mechanisms it allows water/meth injection to become a primary system.
The gauge also features variable gauge faces and scales, and is fully configurable with a USB cable. It also datalogs continuously and does not require an external data logger.
