This is part 1 of 2 of my Volvo S70, 850, V70 timing belt replacement video. I have replaced several timing belts on these cars and have not had any problems to date. These instructions can also guide you through the process for the Volvo 960's, they have very similar motors. Does NOT apply to the Volvo S/V70's made after the early 1998 year that do NOT have the hydraulic tensioner.

www.hunchbackracing.se for pictures and facts! From Sweden comes this 1953 Volvo called The Carbonfiber PV (Kolfiber PVn). It has a 16V, 4 cylinder, 2192 cm3 (133 cui), 1050 hp volvo engine. From 0 to 275 km/h in 7.90s in 402 meters (1/4 mile). It has run faster though.
