This absolutely worked!!! Thank you so much, we did this and replaced the rotary cup and it started right up with no issues since - we actually did this with the jeep sitting at the mechanics parking lot. They couldn't believe it, they had given up!
Thank you so much for publishing this!!!!!

Thank you for responding. I did your repair this morning and am very hopeful. My Jeep has more rev and feels much more powerful. The video was so clearly done and your shopping list with pictures was wonderful. Thanks for helping those of us that didn't have a clue-even my mechanic wasn't sure what was going on. Again, you guys are great and I appreciate your professionalism and expertise.
Thanks A*********
This is a video that symulates a problem with 1996-2000 Jeep Cherokees and Wanglers sputtering, dying and sometimes backfiring, sitting still or driving down the road.
We have put this video together to help Jeep owners idenify these problems that there is a solution. If they have already gone through the regular maintance steps. If a tune-up and checking or replacing sensor on the motor (throtle, crank) does not fix the it we have a solution.

Jeep Dash Removal
We are removing the dash from this jeep to fix a common problem on Jeep Grand Cherokees. The problem is that the recirculation door breaks and falls down on top of the blower motor causing the blower motor not to be able to blow any air out of the vents. We show the broken parts and where they are located in this video.

How to Wash an Engine
This is a how to on how to Clean a Engine on a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee I6.
***Make sure you cover up the PCM and the alternator***
It isn't necessary to tape up the electrical wires, but I did it just incase since the Jeep is 11 years old. After you cleaned up the engine and dried up what needed to be dry take off all the tape and unwrap the plastic from the PCM and alternator and start up the engine for a good 5 minutes and your complete! Rat Rod Jeep Death-Wish Trip! - Roadkill Episode 15
David Freiburger claims that this road trip on this episode of Roadkill is the most stupid thing that he and Mike Finnegan have ever done. Freiburger wanted to do a Jeep trip, so Finnegan bought an old Willys flatfender--one that had been turned into a two-wheel-drive rat rod using some very sketchy fabrication. The guys made it semi-safe, then hit the road to drive to the Desert Bar in Parker, Arizona, where they sold the Jeep to a guy for the price of their bar tab. Watch to see the crazy fun in the scariest vehicle ever on Roadkill.

MG 32 - Changing the Jeep's Spark Plugs
