Homemade Winch
this is my homemade winch, made from old hunter stand and a 5hp engine, it can easly drag a 300 pound tree out of the wood, i made it to go onto my allischalmers b10 tractor. i just used a flower pot in a container to tenshion the rope so it dident get a loose wind up on the spindle
