Contour "Clacking" Noise
My 99 contour recently started making a "clacking" noise while running. It sounds like a belt or pulley, at the end of the video I move the camera away from the belt to see if the noise gets quieter, I think it does. Does this noise sound like its belt related? Does a pulley need to be tightened? I can barely get my hand in there but it felt like everything was tight, there must be a special tool for stuff like this.
