In this event the older generation of legends such as Juha Kankkunen and Tommi Mäkinen were pushed aside when the future WRC champions Marcus Grönholm and Richard Burns set the pace in a thrilling duel that lasted till the end of the season.

Die besten Szenen der Saison 2011 aus dem historischen Bereich. Im Rahmenprogramm der normalen Rallyes starten die verschiedenen Serien wie die Slowly Sideways oder der Historic Rallye Cup. Dabei werden Fahrzeuge wie der Audi S1, der Lancia Stratos oder der Renault R5 turbo sowie weitere, teils exotische, Fahrzeuge bewegt. Nicht immer schnell, dafür sehr schön für das Auge und vor allem die Ohren ;-).
