Driving on the Street with a 2000hp Hemi Mountain Motor
Ride on board with Robert Killian's 2000 horsepower Ford Model A sedan. Some might call it a rat rod, but there's nothing ratty about this high end drag car. It has a chrome moly tube chassis, a Jon Kaase Racing Engines 820ci FORD Hemi engine, making 2,000hp without a power adder. Similar engine as the IHRA Pro Stock runs, but modified to handle regular street driving. The driving in this video is a bit boring, but if you want to really see it in action check out this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9s5YIwlbH_Y&feature
This car was featured in a 5 page article in the February 2012 issue of Hot Rod Magazine.

With 2,000 horserpower on tap, the car is built from the ground up to withstand it, even though it looks like a rat rod from the first glance. This car was built by Steve Tucker of Southeast Hot Rods.

2000hp Hemi Hot Rod at Atlanta Dragway
Robert Killian's 1928 Ford Model A sedan runs a new best at the Atlanta Speed Shop $10,000 nostalgia race, held at Atlanta Dragway. Robert's sedan is powered by a 820ci Jon Kaase Ford Hemi, which is naturally aspirated and makes 2000 horsepower. With limited testing, the car makes an easy pass and runs 7.58 at 181 miles per hour in the quarter mile. Is this the worlds fastest rat rod? It has already run a 7.40 in previous testing.
Robert has already proven it can be driven on the street, and it is 100 percent street legal (aside from the drag slicks) so this car has great potential for a Hot Rod Drag Week contender if he can get the bugs worked out of it. The car has already been featured in the February 2012 issue of Hot Rod magazine, and it has also been featured on My Classic Car with Dennis Gage.

The Phoenix: Ted Nugent Bronco [S5 Ep.3-3]
There is a saying that for every good side of something , there's also a dark side. Today on GEARZ, Stacey goes there as he reveals what to do when bad things happen to good projects. Using Ted Nugent's old broken down and discarded Bronco as an example, he shows how to start over and re-kindle the passion in a project that has been given up on by everybody else. If your project has been stolen or stripped, or has become stranded by hard times, sometimes all it needs is a little change of direction to get it to rise out of the ashes and soar again. If Stacey can get Ted's old Bronco to rise like a Phoenix out of the ashes and fly again, you can do the same thing with your project too! You just have to roll up your sleeves and get to it!

This is our 24 cylinder Detroit that we are putting in a custom 359 Peterbilt. It will use an Allison Transmission, and the engine will be in the front of the truck. We are starting off with 40 foot 4" X 14" rectangle rails, not sure how long it will end up being.
