LeTourneau L-1850 Loader
Werewolf Graphics: http://www.werewolf.com.au One of the most popular in LTIs lineup, the L-1850 has established new standards for reliability and productivity. Offered with an operating payload capacity of 100,000 lbs. (45,360 kg) and a 33 yd³ (25.23m³) bucket as standard equipment, the L-1850 is designed to center-load most haul trucks with payload ratings of 190 to 320 tons (172-290 m. tons). Filmed in Hunter Valley, Australia.

Bandit Model 1590, 1590XP - 17" capacity drum chipper - our most popular!
www.banditchippers.com.au - Our intermediate drum chipper, the Model 1590XP, has become our most popular hydraulic-feed drum-style chipper. The Model 1590XP features our oversized 37-inch diameter drum, nearly twice the diameter of the opposition's drums, and has a bigger throat opening: an amazing 19.75" x 20.5" (502mm x 521mm). This larger opening allows it to effectively compress limby and crotchy material. A powerful CAT 140hp diesel is standard, together with Auto Feed Plus and the hydraulic winch to make the tough jobs easy. The Model 1590XP also features a huge infeed hopper that can effectively compress large amounts of brush and trees. This unit is also a great machine for fibrous material because material enters the feed system at a right angle, with the feed wheels positioned very close to the drum. The Model 1590XP has become popular among tree crews and Councils alike because of its large infeed hopper opening, compact size and huge chipping capacity. LeTourneau Super C CarryAll LP pan scraper
LeTourneau Super C CarryAll LP pan scraper, built in the 1940-45 era. 12-15 Cu Yd. This one has a Cummins engine, don't know whether it's original, as LeTourneau worked closely with CAT in that time period. This predates LeTourneau's use of electric drives, and uses a CAT CCU, and an interesting spiral sheave at the back end of the top frame. Also note that it has differential steering, instead of steering rams on the yoke. Something of a challenge to operate! At the National Pike show, Brownsville PA, which this year hosted the HCEA National Convention. MOV05058 = 8/9/2008

ETF Mining Trucks MT-240 full turning circle
ETF developed a unique steering system. All wheels are steered at low to medium speeds reducing tyre wear, while at higher speeds the last two axle lines gradually change to nearly rigid resulting in better stability. ETF trucks are equipped with a special speed-proportional steering system. At very low speeds, such as when spotting the loader, the system requires only two turns from lock to lock. The whole system works automatically without interference from the operator..
