Jumbo jets fly close over the Pacific
Two jets passing within 1000 feet of each other - approximately 100 miles off the coast of Australia. The video is shot from 39,000', the other plane is passing the exact opposite direction on the same flight path at 38,000'. The other jet is initially visible only from its black contrails, but near the end of the video the closure is pretty rapid. The video starts when we're between 10-15 miles apart from each other, the closure happens in less than a minute. The background commentary is from the other crew members in the cockpit at the time (you can hear one of them snap a picture right at the end). Also, the contrails look black because of the way the light is reflecting at this angle and distance, as it gets closer you can see they turn to the more recognizable white/gray color (this is to stop those lunatics at ChemTrails from flipping out).
