A quick look at my forged 06 2.2 cobalt, zzp stage 2 s256 turbo, custom fmic, 2.5" turbo-back and open dump. I built the Engine at Windy City Engineering with the help of cousin Steve and my son Dee.

This is my 2006 Chevy Cobalt LS 2.2 mods: De-Badged, Injen Intake System, Painted Valve Cover, Painted Calipers, Painted Hubs, Blacked out Taillights, AVS Headlight Covers, Valve Breather(turbo ha), Quicktime Performance Electronic Y-Pipe and switch, Royal Purple Synthetic Oil, 89 octane gas, Flowmaster Super 44 Muffler and tailpipe, No resonator, stock cat and header.

2005 through 2010 Chevrolet (Chevy) Cobalt 2.2L Air Intake Installation
69-4515TS - K&N has designed a performance air intake system for the 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 Chevrolet (Chevy) Cobalt 2.2L. K&N dynamometer tests show an estimated 6.6 horsepower gain at 4800 RPM with use of this K&N air intake modification. K&N tests multiple vehicles for each air intake system it makes to ensure a consistent horsepower and torque gain. This video demonstrates the steps needed to install a power gaining K&N air intake into 2005 through 2010 Chevrolet (Chevy) Cobalt with the 2.2L engine.
