The Keykeeper and I set out to see if this piece of junk would start. It did, and we may have proven that there is no such thing as too much starting fluid. Unfortunately, we also found quite the fuel leak.
Starting the Old Cold Forgotten Buick
Oh boy. At least seven attempts later...it finally started. It ran and
drove pretty good for a free car. The spark plugs came from the white car
(see my other videos). I'll need to get a battery and see if I can fix the
power steering leak.
More Farm Car Adventures
The blue Taurus wagon finally gets hauled off while we try to revive the
white Buick. There's also a little bit of snowball throwing going on. I
still didn't manage to get the Buick to turn over, but most of the
electrical goodies do seem to work.
Reviving the 1989 Taurus
Will it start? Seemingly not. And then it started to rain ice. Fear not,
however, for the Keykeeper and I shall return!
This is just another video shout out to davidsfarm, who has much better
luck getting his cars to start!
Old K cars resting in the Junk Yard
almost virtually untouched. should have done a few more cars in the
vicinity, oh well. I will do more in the future. dont know if I will get to
more this summer. Sorry to those that are frustrated with my quick
movements. I just wanted to get done quickly as I didnt know how long my
buddy was still hunting in this Focus he was taking parts from.
