In the patrols defence it was the first chance he had to use the winch so he wanted to see how it went. Without a doubt it would have made it up with momentum aswell.
None the less, it gave me enough footage to make the cruisers look better than the patrol just for a laugh :)
Also what the camera never saw was the troopys first attempt which was a fail with no traction due to no momentum...... But we wont mention than lol.
